Hi Jacque! Yes, that stretch of coast is a surfing haven but, like you, it would need a lot of heating up b4 I would even consider it. Best to sit and watch from the car with a flask of coffee, I think.

:) Its was so windy up there no wonder they surf the sea in that area of Scotland,I liked the FLAGS where you cross the BOARDER :) Never seen so many SHEEP either lol

Yes- the four Ss (surf, sea, sand and sheep, lol). You know, of course, that they shipped a lot of the people in Scotland to the colonies a couple of hundred years ago to make way for more sheep? Have just had a thought! I wrote elsewhere about dilluting cowpats in water to make a liquid fertiliser, but have never heard of the same being done with sheep droppings (or 'purls', as we call them). I must look into this. Have just been interrupted by the postman delivering my "Garland" rose from David Austin. Must tell Majeeka!

Also Jacque, did you notice how the sheeps' coats on one side of the flags have blue dye markings, and those on the other side have red ones (just pulling your leg).
