This is a Clematis called White Fall Clematis. It blooms in early to middle September and the tiny white flowers are very fragrant. It's a VERY vigorous grower. A friend gave me two rooted strats about ten inches long in the spring last year and this si what it looked like last September. The arbor is seven feet tall. I'm looking forward to seeing what it will do this year.
