I've found these to be a great companion plant for tomatoes, but they're so quick and easy that we usually and up with several gaudy clumps scattered around the garden.

Do you put these in alongside your tomatoes, Peet? They're good at keeping the pests away. I always grow a few of the single variety (Naughty Marietta I usually sow) just to use in the veg patch and they brighten it up as well.
