You've got the name right, Hywel. They're carnivorous plants. I have one, but I'm no expert. They don't like to get dry, a boggy environment suits them best :) Flcrazy grows these too :)

I think they're called Sarracenia. I don't know if I've spelt it right. There's a member on GoY called Sarraceniac who grows them,
