I have grown this from seed, its now in its 4th year, and this is its 1st flower. Not quite the red I had hoped for!........

Looks like you might have the callistemon pallidus - the lemon bottlebrush. It's still a stunner.

I have plenty of red ones , ive never seen one that colour before , interesting !

Thanks for the offer Toto, I might take you up on that. I have actually got 3 that I grew and all the leaf forms are different so I am waiting to find out, and thanks Bernieh for for giving me its name...Glad you like it Amy......

Lovely Milky. Mine was a casualty of the extraordinary frosts this year - they are usually winter hardy down here. Now what could I replace it with? - my wish list is so long!

I've not seen a yellow one before. If you want seed of a red one I have lots I collected from mine.
I also grew a few Hibiscus from seed. The largest of these is now about 5ft tall and has flowered prolifically for a number of years. I have lots of freshly collected seed from this as well.
