Erythronium Thistle. Dog's tooth violet. It is a really lovely one. Reminds me of a glacier lily too, but the spotted leaves are a dead giveaway. :-) This one is probably Erythronium dens-canis

Have looked it up and think it is Erythronium hendersonii but thanks greenthumb you a really into your plants.
