Looks like an Iguana... is it? Some people keep them as pets here...I see them riding on human shoulders sometimes.

thankfully i haven't seen any iguanas / chameleon / lizard riding on anyone's shoulders over here .... juz imagine if they hop off the shoulder onto eh, you or me ....... scary ... i'll get a stroke or a fit.
