Snake Head Fritillaria

Hi Gee i love these it will be worth the wait, Have you got a really damp spot for it,

They do need the damp don't they FF. I tried to grow these and one actually flowered for one year, but then disappeared. That was years ago before I had a clue about what I was doing. Now I still don't have a clue but grow things by a process of illimination.

I,m waiting for mine as well Gee , I have a clump they grow in the longer grass near the apple trees .....

I didn't know these liked damp soil! I'm lucky its survived - thanks to all the wet weather. It's in a tub along with ivy and some other bits and pieces :)
