Black baccara, rose

I know its red, but apparently it can go red due to cold temperatures.

It could well be a Black Baccara Tref. Their colour changes according to the temperature and the amount of light they get. My Ebb Tide rose spends the spring and fall as a deep deep purple and the summer as a magenta colour. Have a look at this website...it shows the colour difference quite well.........

Can anyone tell me what breed this is. It was bought in 2007 as Black baccara, But it clearly is not. beautiful though eh. Tref.
