Thanks for the sympathy guys! It's pretty clear now - you can see my 'task-force' in one of the photos. I've made a pit and filled it with kitchen waste here - hoping to grow runner beans on the spot.

Quite achey! However, I'm definitely a lot stronger now than I was after Christmas. Slightly over-did it to start with, but no lasting harm.
