Milky - found out it's a Lilly Pilly tree / Syzygium.

Milky:

Lily Pilly (Acmena smithii) is commonly grown here in California. It's in the Myrtacae family - which is the Myrtle Family. The berries are edible also.

It is commonly classified incorrectly into two other genera: Eugenia and Syzygium.
