A message for Toto really - did you buy the seeds or save them from a plant? If the latter, I will give it a try too.

Hi Elke. I saved the seeds. I have saved them for many years and have a couple of other Hibiscus which are the result o me sowing them. Every year I have so many seeds that I don't know what to do with them, so if anyone wants them, let me know and I will post them to you. It won't be until next year now though, unless you are quick as I have a few left.

I'm just getting into seeds, it amazes me that you take a llittle seed add soil, water and light and a plant emerges - it is great when you check them and find a little bit of growth emerging.

Thanks Puddles! You're right about the food and light, I was saying to hubby today, how incredible it is that we can get so much out of 1 little seed!

I'm also soooo thrilled, another 2 have finally come up! Which is fab, as all 4 have homes waiting to go to! (inc. me! Lol!) Potted up the remaining seeds, but they hare proving to be a lil' slower in coming up!
