I referring to the little plants growing out of the old leaf bases on the Butia. It is very common for other plants to grow on palms that have deep leaf bases.

It's such common that I didnt notice. Yes, they live in perfect harmony, adiantum macrophyllum really like leaf bases to set their own.

I see other plants grow in the old leaf-bases there too. I have posted many photos of Butia with Ficus, Ferns, and other types of plants growing out
of the old leaf bases.
