Dont I just wish! But since it was built in tudor times there may be some ghosts about (re recent blog on bloodthirsty tudors). Also, Id need a lot of baby lawnmowers(guinea pigs) to keep this in check

Yes, you'd need a whole organised troupe of guinea pigs to keep the grass cut neatly. Lol.
... and you'd be interviewing the guinea pig recruits to make sure they didn't mind ghosts...
