Lovely colour Chloris..............

Is this luscious plant growing outside or under cover? I have had no success with these - my last one died after a year. Have you had it long?

Looks like a scary owl lunging out!

This is in the alpine house Celandine, so the rain is kept off it, maybe thats the answer?
