Well global warming hasnt reached us Donnah - some sun would ve been nice let alone these growing from hedges !

I lost my 4 year old strelitzia over winter, left it in the cold conservatory. The roots on these plants are absolutely amazing, now in my compost bin :-(

Mine is 5 years old now (I grew it from seed) so hopefully next year.
These are so stunning.
When we go to Las Palmas I go out & buy Sue a big bunch of these as soon as we get there. She thinks that I must really love her but she hasn't found out that they only cost about 1 euro each!!!!
