hi all, can anybody tell me why my yukka is turning red, i have recently took it out of a pot that was outside and put it in the ground. scousemonk.(john.)

There is a varigated Yucca that takes on a red tinge in the winter time. Yucca aloifolia 'variegata'. I think the red tinge fades away in the summer. It looks like this is the type of Yucca you have.....if so, it is perfectly normal.

I have a plant that looks like this Sm...but mine is Cordyline 'Torbay Dazzler', it turns a little pink like this from the cold, its in a pot so i can move it somewhere more sheltered...:>)
