Yes this is Alyssum saxatile. A perennial Years ago when I sold by Mail Order. I used to run an advert. for Aubrietia, Gold Dust ( Alyssum saxatile) and Tumbling Ted (Saponaria ocymoides). The three essential Rock Garden Plants. That was before Garden Centres arrived on the scene and the postage was minimal compared to the value of the plants. Very different to todays postage which has just gone up.
