Rhubarb flowers look very exotic but they are supposed to be taken off to give the plant energy to produce more rhubarb. I used to keep picking off the leaves with stalks attached to get more rhubarb too. Pies and crumbles........or just boiled on it's own with custard.....yummie!!!!!
