Had to trim off the old foilage today, to tidy them up. There is plenty of new growth on them just starting to unfurl. But it has opened up the garden for the moment.

How beautiful this looks. Please may I ask how you laid the path? It looks fabulous.

Susie, I ordered about 100 bricks, then got on my knees placed them where I wanted them and dug around the edges, then scoped out enough soil and then jumped up and down like looney.
I often remind my wife that I done it all by myself.
If you look at my previous blogs there is one entitled new path and it shows a lot of before, during and after photos.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I would love to see a photo of you jumping up and down! I'm off to look at the photos. How green and pleasant it is on this wonderful site. :D
