The variegated Escallonia, I think it's called Apple Blossom, has been in this tub for 15 years, I don't know how it has stayed alive for so long. The pot is covering an ugly manhole cover of which we have plenty! I'm hoping the variegated Aucuba I've planted behind it will take its place next year.
