Lavender (Lavandula x intermedia (English Lavender))

I bought this Lavender (bush?) from Tescos and it was a lot smaller than is now, they were throwing it out saying that it was dead, I got it for 50p and took it home re potted and watered it and now it is growing beautifully, infact I have 2 of them now growing......
I am a novice to all this, Only started gardening really about 2 months ago, but have got the bug! Give me more soil!!!!!!!
