Fish cakes?

Here in Nova Scotia we serve rhubarb chutney with our fish cakes - it's traditional. A wonderful combination. The recipe is in the comments on my previous rhubarb photo.

Ok. I've already saved your recipe for rhubarb chutney and my future son-in-law has given me some rhubarb so will be making some, maybe tomorrow.
