There is nothing so lonely as a pot on it's own. All alpines are best this way.

Yes. It´s like exploding. The little Diantusses come, too, in some days. I only fear, that because of the sudden and very early heat everything will be over in 2 weeks.

I hope it lasts longer than that for you. We're getting an unusual early heat wave here as well. Just not far enough along to know if its confusing the plants. :-)

I guess, here it does confuse everything, though it´s very enjoyable. We have all the summer bloom right now!
