Plumeri rubra 'Celadine' - Celadine Plumeria

Milky, this tree is across the street from the previously posted photo of the Plumeria tree. Notice it receives a lot of water...it is lush with leaves, however, no flowers. This photo was taken last Summer on the same day as the previous photo.

It is difinitely too much water....the grass is very green which indicates this tree receives a lot of water. Here is San Diego no one has green grass without a lot irrigation in Summer.
The brick wall would absorb a lot of heat since it faces south (the brick surface..I would estimate in the Summer is very often 110 degrees F. / 43 degree C. Which is a good thing, as Plumeria trees loves heat.
I've actually watered and given some of my plumeria plants a lot of nitrigen to push the growth...then the following year given them the high nitrogen in Spring to push the leave growth and then switch to high-bloom in the Summer to initiate blooming...it is standard practive with potted plumeria plants.

Maybe too much water Andy.......Perhaps the wall shelters the roots too much from the sun?.............but I agree it looks so healthy...........
