Gunnera starting to grow.... i put eggshells down to try and stop the slugs and snails from eating it....

Yes Hollyeves, I suppose they'd be a bit sharp for their lovely slimey bodies - Yuuuck ! Thanks for the tip - I shall give it a try

Just noticed holes in my Hostas.... so will have to put some round those in a min.....
