The leaves look longer than those on the common yellow variety - think they may be white lysmachia .

i would pot it out. it will be happier. do you know which lysmachia it is? is it the purple one?

I think ive got this wrong I think this may be Eupatorium purpureum !!

Oops I have Eupatorium rugosum ' Chocolate ' and been to check and leaves very similar . Only recently purchased but has bronze leaves and white flowers whereas think yours will be pink / purple.Can grow up to 150 cm - 5 feet tall .
