my acer is looking a bit weak, the leaves just look droopy rather than spread out, its its second year, can anyone addvice me please

i decided to repot avis, was very carefull and fed it to,, it has been rather windy here in blackpool but its close to fence so see how it goes, dropped a few leaves when i picked it up, very delicate

My acer died last year and it had been spectacular the year before!

well no more than usual avis, i had it under my trees to shelter it while budding and when it opened put it on my deck which is sheltered by the fence, is it ok to repot at this stage if im carefull with rootball?
