Ooo - Cat! Watch out for the Giant Biting Bluebell Beetles! lol just kidding - glad you're having fun :-D

ummm..lol...Sid...what do you think I was trying to get a picture of? Those Beetles are so amazing...on their little feet..ya know..they wear little blue wellies! Oh but one must be careful..they do spit a inky blue glob in the eye if they get a chance..just before they bite. Not sure why they aim for the eye....guess they don't want you to see them coming...and with those wellies on...they slip around a bit.

Oh by the by Sid..Sticky Toffee Pudding with Custard?.....YUM!.....lol...

~You will have to try all those recipes we have told you about ~roast beef and yorkshire pud or lamb and mint sauce yet? What about liquorice allsorts? You will need lots of walking to keep the pounds off!
The other day I had the most gorgeous Plum and Almond cake~ now if I could have the recipe for that!

13 May, 2009

I have had the Allsorts of course...the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding...no lamb..they are too cute ...I can hear them ba-a-a-ing away on the hill across the way and I could not bear to eat one...as for almond cake..I have had the Battenburg cake and the Madira Cake and a lemon cake...lol..the warm scones and cream I had at the vine covered tea house by the water in Llanwrst was just too scrumpcious..will have to have that again..and yes I need an awful lot of walking to wear off this food..lol..I have already gained a few lbs back even with the walking!!!

13 May, 2009

At least it is the walking season~ not too hot wet or cold!I hope the weather has been kind!

Oh, I've never noticed their wellies before - every time I got close enough to look I got a blue glob in the eye before they bite me.....crafty little welly-wearing devils.....

Oooo - Sticky toff pud & custard & warm scones by the water! Mind if I join you?! But I must say, you really must watch those lbs - I am most concerned about Flash's welfare and if we're not careful his poor belly is going to be dragging on the ground next time you ride him...... ;-)
