this looks like sedum probably Autumn Joy usually pink in colour and flowers in the autumn.

Sedum it is. Blooms after first cool night in September. I've seen them in both pink and coral. Real easy to split and move around.....grow quickly and come back every year. No fuss fleshy and fancy.
