Wondering what these are. They are in a full sun garden. They are popping up here and there all over.
I want to give some to a friend but have no idea what to tell them it is....

Oh yeah, they are healthy. No buds yet. I've been looking through some old pictures...wondering if they are swans neck...think that's the name of the pictures I found. I'll just have to wait until they grow and flower :)
