What a fantastic photo - is the Laburnum walk in flower too?

That's so pretty.....and, what? Do my eye deceive me? Is that sunshine I see there??!!

When we went..the Laburnum..(my mother called it Golden Chain) was not out yet..we are going back this week to see if it is in full bloom it is not far and we plan to take the number 25 bus....I love gettting to use trains and buses so much... they are supposed to have its bloom progress announced on their website...and yes we did have some sun ...it was actually just before they closed and this acer was right at the front of the gardens...it made me think of stained glass the way the light was coming through it...I could see the Laburnum arch and it was mostly green that day...but did not tour the gardens...because we knew we would be back...we did shop the nursery though and that was a lot of fun...I am looking forward to going back...more shopping for plants I bet...lol...we are terrible plant-a-aholics...lol..although come to think of it traveling on the bus will slow us down a bit....lol

I'm a plantaholic too~not sure I would want to collect plants on a bus though we once went across London from Columbia Road gardens( where the Sunday market is) on the underground with quite a few large plants~are you watching The Chelsea Flower show?

watching Garden in Snodownia right now..it is about Bondant Gardens.
I believe the Chelsea Flower show is on next. BBC2 Wales and yes they just said Chelsea Flower Show next.

~Don't gorget to watch Carol Klein on the interactive red button for her tour of the Pavilion~it is better watching it on TV than going~too many people so you never get to see everything properly!Sorry I missed the programme on Bodnant .

Hi Avis..welcome to GOY..I loved Bodnant and am looking forward to a visit later this fall after I return in July to just outside Llanwrst...so beautiful there and so peaceful too..I enjoyed Llandudno as well..I imagine we were close to where you live more than once on our travels.....
