Brings back memories...my boss gave me some home grown chillies and the day after chopping them up i had little blisters on my fingers and I couldn't put my contact lenses in for a couple of days cause my fingers were stinging my eyes!! I now use them whole or buy paste!!

Oh dear, Jasmine, you won't make thatr mistake again, will you? You have to wear gloves, and still wash your hands in soapy water, after handling. Take care!
