The variegated leaf plant could be Chameleon plant. Google it you will see and it does spread too. I have it.

It's Houttuynia cordata 'Chameleon' as Michaella says.

Back to school, Vincent. lol We all do it, me especially - I'm at the stage where I have to forget what I'm trying to think of and hope it will pop out half an hour later - awkward when somebody's asked you what a buttercup is called.

Ok thanks everyone. I am going to say it is is Houttuynia cordata 'Chameleon' as that is the consensus. Thanks for help!
