You might be right, I am tired after a long trip out to try to sort out passports etc. I just wrote the name that came into my head! Oooops!

I particularly liked it from the picture and went looking for it - hope I am right. It's only a little plant but it's like acorns, isn't it? Put your feet up and relax - are you off on holiday?

We HOPE so, having discovered that my passport expires in August, and husband's in September. He's trying to book online and tie up the hotel and the flights. Why are things always so difficult?

Well what ever its name i think its Beautful :)

I think they can reissue them incredibly quickly these days - for a fee. When I last renewed mine I needed it quickly and on the telephone was told just to send it in normally then telephone two days later with travel details and somebody would spend as long as it took to go through the sacks of mail until they found it. It worked but at what delay to all the other applicants? What a crazy system they ran then.

You are right - we had to go into Taunton to the main Post Office and the girl there was very helpful. She wrote down the fees, (enormous!) plus an additional £ 6.75 to get them quickly. She also advised us to go across the road to a shop to get our photos done - as they knew what they were doing and lots of photos get rejected! You are NOT allowed to have even the hint of a smile! Must be a pale background, etc etc.

The smile bit is for those who have no teeth, lol.
