Jacque. How old is your ponytail palm? Our cat Paddy has shown great interest in the leaves also. He even followed me through the house when I came home with it this morning, and was very excited! He doesn't get as excited when we have fish for tea!!

Sorry Jacque! I should have said this to Goringfolly, but only joined GOY last week! Anyway when I checked their piccies, I saw the answer to my question. Must clean the old grey matter tomorrow (in my brain)!! When I find the charger for my camera, I will try to post a pic of Paddy with the Ponytail Palm (if he keeps still long enough)!

What else?

See who else is growing Beaucarnea recurvata (Ponytail Palm).

See who else has plants in genus Beaucarnea.
