Flowering succulent

One of many succulents that I purchased in the quest for the 'red hot poker'. I think that I finally found it, but it hasn't flowered for me yet.

Not very impressive, the flowers... they seem to dry up before they're fully developed. The remind me of a bunch of bananas.

So that's what the flower looks like. My one of these has yet to flower.
