Standing guard over a hidden valley (in my head). Dated 1998 this was the first A4 drawing I did. Completed the picture in pencil then drew over pencil with a 0.05 art pen. All of my previous drawings before '98 were on paper hand towels or serviettes. The reason for this is, during works 30 minute lunch break when the conversation got around to football (boring) I would start to doodle trees. The only paper available was paper hand towels or serviettes.
