Have you had to stake your delphiniums? Mine almost bent in half with yesterday's rain.

Hi Jane /Ray the Barrow is what My Neighbour Mick made 4 me last year as Phil was way 2 busy @wkeds to make this 4 me, The Delps & Lupins are great Spritz its my Foxgloves the Rain has knocked down today :(

Very talented neighbour too ..between him and Phil youre getting some lovely things made .No rain yet this week end but things very dark now ..guess very lucky given the forecast.

Well, I have saved my delphiniums - I tied them to canes above the 'bend' in each stem.

We've had yesterday when it rained all day and thunder today with plenty of showers, Bb.

Only down side is Jane/Ray i had to pay the Neighbour £15 4 wheel Barrow! Still a Good Bargain so i didnt mind to much :) We had nice day here yesterday Spritz,jane,Ray but my goodness the Heavens opened today :( One good thing about it mind ? it topped my pond up a treat :)

How is Summer with thunder? Henry howled this morning, then barked madly this afternoon. He is NOT a happy dog when it rumbles around.
