The yellow foliage complements the purple flower...A favourite of mine...some say it's invasive but my climate must be just cool enough to keep it from taking over!!

Isn't it pretty, Milky? I just love it...It likes moisture so I've planted it beside the water iris at the foot of the pond...(this is definitely coming with me.)

Great contrast colors. Beautiful specimen.

The regular green ones spread around alittle for me, but I wouldn't call them invasive in my climate either Lori, must be farther south than me. Besides if this one with the bright yellow foliage was to spread, I'd be tickled to death with it !...lol

I was pleased to see it emerge this spring looking healthy...I was worried that I might lose it... next garden I plan to plant some of the specie...
