Cotinus (half standard) in box circle

My new addition. This Smoke bush(grafted on standard rootstock) replaced an old plant which didnt thrive in this position, inside the box circle.Hopefully, I'll have more luck with this combination.

It was certainly more sensible than something made of silver or silver plate which I would have had to polish, Elke! The bench gets plenty of use.

These are lovely plants. I hope to put one in my front garden soon - such rich colouring. Never seen one as a standard before - brilliant.
