BEEEP! oops, missed on that one, D1! I'm hoping for a few dry days in a row, so that I can complete the job properly!

LOL... thanks Gt... I'll be sure to watch my step...but may never get at it ...it's been raining so much. How's the weather in Alaska? lots of precip this year?

Almost none actually. A real hot dry summer so far. I like it but it brings fires and smoke. We had visibility to only 100 ft the other day. Haven't seen it like this since 2003, I'm hoping the fires don't get that bad. I collected a pic, I'll have to post. Does make nice light and protects the plants from real high intense light. Or maybe that is just me. 90F again today.

I really don't envy you...I much prefer a moist summer....just not tooo moist! Finished the front part of the roof yesterday...and I'm ready for a body cast today!...Man...my back is reminding me I'm no spring chicken! lol.
Is dryness the rule for you? or is this weather anomalous to you too?

Thanks Motinot! it's really just a work in progress...my gardens tend to mutate from year to year ...but the irises will be up again next spring.
