This is an un usual Cosmos. Is it 'Millenium'. I had a pack of seed of it a few years ago but it didn't do very well in my garden. This looks very similar!

This was called 'Bright Lights' and it was supposed to be mixed oranges and yellows, but all I got was the orange. Looked real good with my sunflowers, marigolds and orange zinnias though. : )
