This is a new condo. complex in Banker's Hill just east of Downtown San Diego. This type of architecture is not very common here. Photo taken June 14, 2009.

Thanks! Yes, there's big fines for littering and graffiti..and there's a city ordinance that all graffiti must be covered up within a very short period of time.
