Bamboo - some of these stand up to around 30 cms tall - and yes they do get leggy and lean over.

Oh how disappointing. I only grow the surfinia trailing type of petunia now, cos I hate the way the ordinary ones look later in the season.

Bamboo - I just keep on giving it a good hair cut to keep it looking good as these will last for nearly six months.

Avis I just trim them back every month (after they've had a strong flowering period) and give them a good feed. They're back flowering within a fortnight or so - I have other pots that I put out while these are re-growing. They go on like this for a long time.

Yes they're annuals here but they will flower continuously from late autumn to early summer - we have a very mild winter where I live.

I like this - how tall does it get and does it do that thing that ordinary petunias do where they get leggy, sticky and lean over?
