What is this ???

It certainly is the same shape as the "Star of David" which is in the middle of the Isaeli flag, and a symbol of the Jewish people. Many Christians wear this symbol too, in recognition of their respect for the Jews and that the roots of Christianity are in the Jewish faith.

Looks a bit 'Blair Witch Project' to me ;-D

There is an occult symbol this shape. but it's sideways on with two points pointing upwards like the horns of a goat.
With one point upward it is the Star of David.

Maybe its an Christmas Decoration & just been left up? :)
