Beautiful Canna! I like Cannas because they can bloom most of the year here. How long do they bloom there? It this growing inside or outside?

Actually Andy ...its still in the greenhouse, but that is my fault. I potted it to start it off, and the roots went through the bottom of the pot and really took hold before I realised it I thought best well left alone.......but a beautiful splash of colour.......They bloom here for most of the summer, and usually outside ....

Thanks for the information! It sounds like beautiful color for the greenhouse.If it get established in your greenhouse it will bloom all year.

Even if it's in a heated greenhouse?

Im not sure that we can afford to heat the greenhouse to that high a temperature all winter Andy....

Yes, I guess it would cost a pretty penny to heat a greenhouse to a high temp all Wiinter.

it sure would Andy.......Keeping it warm enough for the Plumeria is bad enough.....

Milky:

Plumeria in a greenhouse can tolerate temps almost down to freezing...as long as their roots are kept dry. Of course, they prefer to have temps between 45 - 55 degrees F. / 8 - 13 degrees C. at night.

Thats what I keep the greenhouse to duriong winter time Andy....
