The curly petals remind me of the asiatic lily that my rabbit ate! they were very twisty at the ends and the edges seem almost ruffled.. Also, this daylily looks more like a lily....the other daylily types I've seen had petals which were shorter and chunkier (dig my scientific lingo!) and to me they looked more like huge tradescantia than a lily! This colour is amazing as well...your pic is lovely but I know by experience that the eye sees differently...love to see it in the flesh, so to speak. lol....
