Well, that's my hand/sleeve on the left... so a good 18 cm (7") across, I would say.

A beautiful peony. I'm awaiting another year to see mine. I put it in this year, doesn't seem to want to bloom now at all.

They sometimes take a couple of years to get comfortable, Greenthumb. I'm sure it will eventually. It'll be worth waiting for.

I did read before putting it in that the year of the transplant they will almost never bloom. I can't wait to see how it does next year.
