Forever green I bought because I liked it but haven't a clue if I'm looking after it properly.any info would be great.also does it flower

Hi there. Your plant is a cordyline, probably a variety called "Red Star". Drought-tolerant, don't over-water. They have to be grown in the ground to grow large enough to flower.
